A vacancy has arisen in Winsford working for a document management and archiving business which takes advantage of an underground void providing cost effective and innovative records management solutions. The role

The Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service through the coordination of customer requests and daily interface with the DeepStore Transport and Operations Teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building strong customer relationships and management of customer requests as the first point of contact for Deepstore
  • Management of customer service issues and complaints in order to improve customer service
  • Accurate maintenance of data for stored items and provision of up to date assets lists for customers.
  • Collaboration with the transport and operations departments to arrange deliveries and collections within specified service level agreements 
  • Setting up customer accounts on the O’Neil System

What you’ll need:

  • A Level or equivalent business qualification.
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Minimum 3 years in a commercial office environment with customer focus.
  • Good computer skills, excellent telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in O’Neil would be preferable.
