A vacancy has arisen in Winsford working for a document management and archiving business which takes advantage of an underground void providing cost effective and innovative records management solutions. The role

The Customer Service Team Leader will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient utilisation of the O’Neil system through the coordination of the daily workload of the operational activities including, retrievals, uplifts, and deliveries to clients.

They will supervise the Customer Service Coordinators in daily operational activities, to ensure excellent customer service and operational interface.  They will be required to maintain the system set up of the O’Neil database and conduct data imports; web set ups and ensure customers’ needs are met.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Management of customer requests received by the Customer Service Team ensuring appropriate action taken by Operations and Transport teams.
  • Management of O’Neil system to prioritise workload for the Customer Service Team.
  • Production of O’Neil KPI reports to meet defined business objectives.
  • Collaboration with DeepStore Operations and Transport teams in all aspect of day to day business including new data intake and project work.
  • Maintaining excellent customer (internal and external) relationships.

What you’ll need:

  • Degree level qualification.
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Minimum 5 years in a commercial office environment with customer focus.
  • Good computer skills, excellent telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in O’Neil would be preferable.
  • Experience in the records management industry would be preferable
