Our client has a rare opportunity to be part of one of the most admired independent advice firms in Sussex. As a Financial Services Administrator. Working in their busy IFA practice, you will deal with a wide range of business across their client base.

Financial Services Administrator Position Summary

As a Financial Services Administrator you will be responsible for a range of duties including:

  • Product research and placement for mortgage products using mortgage research systems under the direction of the Adviser 20%
  • Producing mortgage, pension, investment, protection and savings quotes 40%
  • To produce Suitability Reports based on the Adviser’s recommendations 40%

About you:

To be successful in this Financial Services Administration  role you will:

  • Be able to produce Suitability Letters and research using Synaptics, Iress, O&M or Trigold (or similar research tools).
  • Have honesty and integrity as your core values
  • Highly efficient
  • Have CII/LIBF qualifications
  • Have pension administration skills.
  • Have investment administration skills
  • Be an organised and a competent business progressor
  • Have excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Management experience in a financial services environment is preferable

Our client provides independent financial and investment advice to a range of clients, dealing extensively with product providers and mortgage lenders as well as Legal and Accounting professionals.  They provide sound independent financial advice and guidance in all areas of financial planning from their East Sussex office.
