IT Support Technician - £22k + out of hours enhancement

This direct O2 partner is looking for an IT Support Technician to assist their customers and team with technical queries.

Knowledge of Microsoft server applications, wired and wireless networking, desktop and server hardware, VoIP telephone systems, antivirus, O2 digital products and remote support products is required along with:

  • A customer focused work ethic
  • Strong communication & time management skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Methodical approach to troubleshooting problems
  • Flexible & adaptable approach to working in order to meet the needs of the business
  • Willingness to learn new skills

What will I be doing?

Alongside assisting the Technical team you will be managing VoIP customers including building profiles and fault finding, providing 2nd line support to the customer service team and going on site visits when required.
