Comply Direct presents a fantastic opportunity for a confident and enthusiastic individual to contribute to a successful, dynamic, growing company as an Administration Assistant.

Based at the beautiful Broughton Hall Business Park, working 9am-5pm Monday to Friday (there may be some flexibility with these hours for the right candidate), you will provide support across all business operations by completing a variety of administrative tasks. In return you will receive:

Administrator Key Role Responsibilities (there are more!)

  • Chasing, printing and checking data from customers
  • General admin duties including filing and updating databases
  • Chasing supplier data
  • Processing new customer account applications
  • Support with basic accounts related tasks and basic HR related tasks

Administrator Essential Skills/Qualifications:

  • Fully adept with Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organised and conscientious approach
  • Positive, enthusiastic outlook
  • Team orientated with a ‘muck in’ approach
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Quick to learn
  • Educated to A-Level or equivalent standard or above, with a minimum of grade C GCSE in English and Mathematics
  • A wicked sense of humour
