A well-respected leading UK Minibus & Commercial Vehicle manufacturer is seeking a part-time Administrator to carry out their day to day administration duties. 

You will be working 25 hours per week Monday to Friday, ideally between 9.00am to 2.00pm however this is negotiable for the right candidate.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum C Grade in GCSE Maths and English
  • Literate and Numerate
  • Highly computer literate – recent experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access etc
  • Exceptional attention to detail, including entering weights and dimensions with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability and willingness to interpret technical data – full training will be provided
  • Able to work on their own and with others
  • It is essential that you are experienced in Microsoft Office applications

Administrator Responsibilities

  • Day to day issuing of vehicle conformity documents, managing supplier certificates and updating the database
  • Monitoring vehicles through production to ensure relevant paperwork is available to send with the vehicle upon completion
  • Co-ordinating monthly supplier checks for European Type Approval purposes
  • Management of training records and audit administration
  • Monitor customer complaints (administration records only)
  • Ad hoc duties which may include analysis of technical vehicle data
