Are you an experienced Administrator who is confident on the phone and can work really well under pressure?

Our client is a successful market leader in the maintenance of synthetic sports surfaces across the UK and is looking for an experienced Administrator to join a small and dynamic team.

You will be joining a lively, open-plan office with lots of opportunity to develop your skills and gain in-depth knowledge about the industry. We guarantee you will always feel challenged and part of a supportive team.

Working hours are 3 days of 8am – 5pm and 2 days of 9am – 6pm, with a 5pm finish every Friday.

Administrator Essential Criteria

  • 2 years of administrative experience
  • Confident phone manner
  • Confident with Microsoft Packages

Along with your administrative skills you will bring with your excellent attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure and the ability to multitask.

It would be beneficial if you had experience with elements of Accounts (i.e Sage, raising invoices, chasing overdue payments), however, this is not essential.
