This company is a “growth digital agency” that partners building and construction product companies in the UK and Ireland.  They are big on training and attend top inbound marketing events around the world. 

As the UK’s only HubSpot Certified Agency specialising in construction marketing, they have a new role for a successful Business Development Manager who will be pivotal to the success of building and maintaining the client portfolio.

About the Business Development Manager Job:

Our client is looking for a very ambitious sales individual with the commercial business sense to help drive the business forward.

You will be responsible for connecting with senior executives in construction and building product companies, identifying potential business opportunities, preparing proposals and closing the sale.  You will manage the life of the client and seek new ways to help them grow, run goal setting sessions and create long term professional relationships.

About you:

You will have experience or a burning desire to working in business development and account management with a passion for finding, establishing and growing relationships. 

You will be a natural people’s person, hardworking and driven to achieving business and client goals within this exciting and developing digital world.

You will be required to use your initiative and skills to grow the client account base, so an understanding of digital marketing and familiarity of the sales process is preferred.

About the Package:

The commission structure has been developed to motivate the right individual to develop sound and long-term business.  As such, you can expect 5% commission, every month, for the life of the client.  This will mean that as a minimum you should be expecting +£60k commission + basic salary = an OTE of 6 figures by year 3!

In addition to this, the agency offers flexible working, unlimited training, travel, 24 days holiday and the opportunity to travel the US!
