They are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and intelligent Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their Bradford Office.

As Purchase Ledger Clerk you will need:

  • Accuracy and efficiency.
  • Experience in Purchase Ledger desirable.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work as part of a team.
  • Computer literate - Windows, Excel, Word and Outlook skills useful - training will be given in Tikit TFB Partner for Windows and Liberate/Linetime.

Purchase Ledger Clerk Role and Responsibilities

  • Registering invoices, ensuring they are correctly calculated, approved and coded
  • Distributing invoices and distributing to the budget holders for approval
  • Prepare electronic payments (in accordance with payment terms) for weekly payment runs
  • Set up new suppliers and reconcile supplier statements
  • Handle queries from suppliers and budget holders both by email and telephone, quickly and efficiently
