They offer a wide range of delivery solutions to many satisfied customers while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professional conduct.
About the Customer Service Clerk role:
This is a critically important role providing a dedicated link between the business and their customers. Delivering best in class customer service to end users, with an aim to have a first call resolution.
Working with a small team the role is responsible for looking after the collection and deliveries of jobs for their key customers. This will involve taking incoming queries from customers via phone and email and liaising with internal depots/partners/networks to resolve any issues as well as checking their priority customer’s jobs to ensure all are delivered on time and proactively.
What you’ll need:
You will be a polite and professional customer focussed individual who is comfortable in dealing with customers and colleagues. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a confident yet friendly telephone manner and a good degree of patience.

- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
- A logical thought process to resolve queries
- Ability to prioritise workload and multitask
- IT Literate
- Able to work individually or as part of a team
