Our client in Eltham is a popular, prestigious venue for conferences, weddings and functions, as well as welcoming customers to our Gastro Pub and Restaurant.  Situated in London’s only genuine Tudor Barn.

They are currently recruiting for an experienced Sous to work as part of the kitchen brigade.

The person appointed will have a passion for food & an eye for detail ensuring all food produced has great taste, style & presentation.

To succeed in this sous chef position, you will need:

  • Experience with very high standards of presentation
  • A passion for developing the product
  • The ability to work well in a team.
  • To be well organised to ensure that you and the team meet strict Health and Safety and Food Hygiene standards.
