Our client is looking for a high-energy, driven professional with sound business acumen, strong technical aptitude, and natural sales instincts to join our Business Development organization as a Business Development Representative. The role includes an opportunity to gain experience in generating high-quality sales leads while collaborating with marketing, sales, and global alliances to drive pipeline growth. This person will report to the Director of Revenue Operations and Enablement.

  • Call into target accounts to qualify leads and execute outbound lead generation tactics/campaigns.
  • Clearly communicate the company’s value proposition over the phone by thoroughly understanding the products and business values.
  • Accurately identify client needs and develop/manage a prospect pipeline.
  • Ensure client interactions and prospecting efforts are documented in a CRM and maintain the quality of that data.
  • Vet leads to ensure they meet all quality standards.
  • Providing Sales with a set number of meetings and partner with Account Executive to build their pipeline
  • Attend major software conferences across the UK and Europe


  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University
  • Minimum 1 year of full-time business development or sales experience with software sales preferred
  • Experience with enterprise prospecting and communicating with senior level executives
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Experience being held to metrics
  • Motivated and self-starting attitude
  • Ability to understand customer needs and deliver a tailored value proposition resulting in a successful product sale
  • Ability to take initiative, multi-task, and manage time effectively and independently
  • Ability to manage and maintain strong relationships with clients and identify expansion opportunities resulting in new business
  • Proficiency using G-Suite and MS Office
  • Experience using CRM, is a plus
