Location: Home Based or from UK Office, Lichfield

The Service Engineer role will give you the opportunity to develop your career as a highly qualified expert in the field of condition monitoring and predictive maintenance. Your role will involve installation and service as well as carrying out product trainings for clients. You will have a chance to work for various industries, with different types of machinery, both home and abroad, which will provide you with extensive professional experience and unique technical knowledge.


  • Conducting product training for clients and delivering high-standard technical support
  • Installation of the equipment at client’s site
  • Performing on-site service duties with the use of the company’s systems, including vibration measurements and analysis, static and dynamic balancing, laser alignment etc
  • Preparing reports and other necessary documentation
  • Supporting sales through representing the company in professional manner, strengthening good relationship with clients and identifying their further needs
  • Continuous improving and updating knowledge of company product and systems


  • Engineering degree preferred, (HNC in engineering minimum) (preferred fields: Mechanical, Power Engineering, etc.)
  • Mobius or BINDT qualifications preferred
  • Experience of Alignment and Balancing principles
  • Knowledge of industrial equipment such as electrical and mechanical plants, electric motors, pumps, turbines, etc
  • Fitting skills in mechanical and/or electrical disciplines and experience in maintenance and machine servicing
  • Flexibility and availability for work away from home (mainly UK and Ireland area, but occasional travelling abroad or working offshore may be required)
  • Strong communication skills, self-reliance, resourcefulness, attention to detail and good work organisation
  • Passion and commitment - we are looking for enthusiasts who are driven by genuine interest and eagerness for learning
  • Familiarity with condition monitoring and vibration analysis issues will be an advantage
