London or Manchester based - Initially office-based with opportunities for hybrid and remote working

Full time, permanent
Base 50,000k – 60,000k, OTE up to £12,500 - £15,000 (3 months salary) = £62,500 - £75,000
ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent is essential

The Role

In this pivotal position, you’ll be integral in ensuring the financial integrity of our operations while supporting the delivery of life-changing services to the people we serve. With your leadership and expertise, you'll help us continue to achieve our mission of delivering high-quality, person-centered support.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage revenue streams, invoicing, and accrued revenue postings
Report and analyse debtor accounting
Maintain expenditure records and code invoices accurately
Ensure timely payments according to company policy
Post payments and receipts, organise and file invoices
Prepare and post journals, supporting month-end tasks
Conduct account reconciliations and complete bank reconciliations
Assist with cash flow management and handle ad hoc financial tasks

The Ideal Candidate:

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-orientated individual with a passion for finance.

About you:

Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent)
Advanced-level Excel and PowerPoint skills
Exceptional attention to detail with a pragmatic approach
Strong verbal communication skills at all levels
A self-motivated, problem-solver with a passion for tackling complex issues
Comfortable with ambiguity and offering innovative solutions
Collaborative team player with excellent relationship-building skills
A natural challenger of the status quo, always seeking ways to improve
