About the Role:

This thriving business is seeking a detail-orientated Accounts Administrator to ensure the smooth running of their accounts. This role involves working closely with the Managing Director, overseeing day-to-day financial operations, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage purchase ledger
  • Oversee sales ledger
  • Handle credit control
  • Prepare monthly reports
  • Perform Ad Hoc office duties


The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a proactive and meticulous individual with a strong background in accounting. The ideal candidate will be keen to learn, adapt, and contribute to our client's dynamic work environment.

Key Skills Include:

  • Proficiency in Sage 50
  • Excellent computer and Excel skills
  • Strong telephone manner and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn new skills and develop procedures
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with excellent attention to detail
  • Knowledge of the construction industry (an advantage)
