Liverpool, Merseyside, L34 9FB

  • 16 hours per week (flexible – ideally a few hours per day)
  • Permanent position
  • £23,660 pro rata

The Role

They’re looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team and help support the finance function with day-to-day tasks. This is a great opportunity to develop your experience in a varied and rewarding role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with payroll processing
  • Helping with bookkeeping duties
  • Producing and sending customer invoices
  • Maintaining the sales ledger
  • Managing the purchase ledger
  • Supporting general administrative duties

  • Previous experience in an accounts role is essential
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Able to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
