At Vision X Promotions, we are seeking a dedicated individual for an Administration role in our newly established UK office.

We have just opened in Norwich expanding our operations from Melbourne, Australia, and looking for some fun people to join the team.


Administration and Recruitment Coordinator

Who are we?

Vision X Promotions is a direct sales and marketing company specialising in face-to-face sales.

We provide sales solution services for some of the most incredible international and national clients, specialising in face-to-face donor acquisition for non-profits.


Responsibilities will include:

  • Working within front reception, greeting guests with a contagiously bubbly yet professional attitude.
  • End-to-end recruitment (job advertising / managing applications / running phone and face-to-face interviews)
  • Facilitating induction days and contract onboarding.
  • Assisting with timesheets and payroll.
  • Providing support to field managers
  • Maintaining a clean and professional office environment
  • Organising weekly crew nights and social events for the team.
  • General administration and office support
  • Managing stock levels and distribution to the sales teams
  • Supporting the senior management team with operational and ad hoc tasks.
  • Creating and facilitating weekly bonuses for sales teams.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be highly presentable at all times.
  • Have beginner skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Possess great attention to detail.
  • Have fantastic organisation skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment.
  • Be driven, confident and motivated.
  • Be a fast learner.
  • Be able to work 40 hours a week Monday - Friday.

Experience in administration or recruitment is a plus, but not essential as full training and ongoing support will be provided.

Our ideal candidate will have an 'I got this’ attitude...they will be solution-focused with a passion for supporting others. As they will be representing the business on all levels, they will have a lively, outgoing personality and great sense of humour while maintaining a professional manner. A contagiously positive attitude is a must!

The successful applicant will be working directly alongside the Managing Director and within the administration team, but will be self-managed, highly trustworthy and reliable at all times. Time management and self-motivation are crucial.
