  • Full time for 9 months maternity cover
  • £23,800 - £26,200 per annum

Our client has been a trusted manufacturer, supplier, and installer of bespoke electrical products for the Holiday Park and Marina industries for nearly 40 years.

With a loyal customer base and a reputation for delivering outstanding customer service, they’re looking to expand their team during this maternity period. Based in Spilsby, Lincolnshire, this company provides a dynamic, collaborative, and fast-paced working environment.

The Role

As an Administration Assistant, you’ll play a vital role within the Installation and Testing administration departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Entering certification data with precision
  • Raising internal job sheets and technical worksheets for on-site engineers
  • Processing incoming and outgoing certification
  • Organising work schedules for on-site engineers

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Skilled in data entry and capturing accurate information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with Google Drive/Google Sheets is a plus
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
