Merry Hill Office - DY5

  • Full time, permanent Monday – Friday (36 hours per week)
  • £12.21 per hour

The Role

Our client is seeking a motivated Administration Assistant to join their busy Contentious Department at their Merry Hill office. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional legal setting, supporting the team with a wide range of administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the team
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post and correspondence
  • Answering telephone calls and assisting with client enquiries
  • Preparing legal documents and forms
  • Managing diaries and scheduling appointments
  • Scanning, photocopying, and filing documents accurately
