The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to support our managers and employees with various office tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and deliveries
  • Log jobs and distribute them to engineers
  • Assist in preparing regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain an efficient filing system
  • Update and manage the training matrix and quality compliance matrix
  • Update office policies and procedures
  • Input supplier invoices into the accounting system and maintain contact lists
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Serve as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Liaise with senior managers to handle requests and queries

You should have:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role 
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Familiarity with office equipment like printers
  • Proficiency in MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
