About the Role
As an Assistant Engineer, you’ll work alongside a Senior Engineer, gaining hands-on experience across a range of national contracts. You’ll assist on installation and maintenance projects, learning everything you need to progress towards becoming a qualified engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting the Lead Engineer on installation work as issued by the Project Manager
Proactively learning how to undertake jobs independently and perform service calls
Using your IT knowledge to support technical installation and troubleshooting
Maintaining strong awareness of health & safety procedures
Completing documentation as required by the Lead Engineer

You’ll be an enthusiastic and reliable individual who enjoys learning new skills and tackling technical challenges. This role is perfect for someone looking to build a long-term career in engineering.
What You’ll Need:
Basic IT knowledge
Willingness to learn and take on daily challenges
Good practical skills and ability to use basic hand tools
A full UK driving licence held for at least 1 year
Health & Safety awareness (full training provided)
Comfortable working at heights - full training will be given

OTE £30,000 with overtime
