B2B Communications Assistant

The Role

We’re looking for a confident Communications Assistant eager to dive into the world of B2B comms. You’ll be supporting our team in delivering high-impact campaigns!

Key Responsibilities:

Support the delivery of integrated comms strategies for B2B clients
Coordinate with internal specialists to meet client KPIs and deadlines
Take ownership of admin tasks: agendas, contact reports, research, planning
Deliver campaign work under guidance from our expert teams
Monitor performance and help produce insightful client reports
Deepen your knowledge of clients’ industries and business goals
Get involved in shaping Definition’s own marketing efforts
Embrace continuous learning through internal and external training (HubSpot Academy access included!)
