Our client is a medium-sized firm of directly authorized independent financial advisers, serving clients for over 35 years. With a focus on retirement advice and a client base of over 800, they are committed to delivering top-notch service and maintaining high work standards.

They are seeking a Business Administrator to support their team in implementing client investments with provisors.

About the role

The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training on their procedures and should demonstrate the ability to follow instructions meticulously. Attention to detail and a commitment to client satisfaction are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track new business processes, follow up with insurance companies, and keep clients updated
  • Provide excellent customer service for routine client inquiries via phone, letter, or email
  • Handle routine inquiries from insurance companies
  • Ensure compliance with money laundering legislation by checking documentation
  • Submit proposal forms to insurance companies and manage purchases and switches of investments
  • Create reports and maintain accurate databases to facilitate smooth operations
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve issues and maintain the new business book
