The Role

As a Business Development Trainee, you’ll be part of a high-energy team focused on direct sales, client management, and customer engagement. This is an exciting entry point for motivated individuals who are eager to pursue a commercial or business-facing career path. You’ll gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and business operations, all while working toward future leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent leading UK brands at promotional and sales events in and around Sheffield
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service
  • Respond to customer enquiries with tailored product or service information
  • Learn and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and loyalty
  • Manage and grow new and existing client campaigns
  • Achieve weekly KPIs and personal targets
  • Develop commercial awareness through admin, psychology, and market knowledge

Progress toward a management role via modules in:

  • Public speaking
  • Finance and accounts

  • Campaign strategy
