£28,437.75 plus £330.34 Vetting allowance and £1,653.75 Driver allowance

The Role

They are looking for a reliable and experienced Category C Driver to join their operations. You’ll be responsible for the safe and efficient transfer of customer assets between their underground storage facilities and various UK locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate various vehicle types including 18T & 7.5T box rigids, and 3.5T vans
Deliver and collect customer assets securely and punctually
Use PDT devices to accurately log handling data
Carry out manual handling, palletising, wrapping, loading and unloading tasks
Transfer documents between surface and underground facilities
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and transport standards (FORS & Van Excellence)
Represent the company professionally at all times

Full, clean Category C driving licence
Previous commercial driving experience
Good UK geographical knowledge
Comfortable driving long distances and across varied environments
Strong communication skills
Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks
Trustworthy, with the ability to maintain confidentiality
Able to pass medical, references, CRB, and full police vetting
