The Role

You’ll work within our energetic and supportive team, engaging with customers across Sheffield to represent various campaigns. Your day will be filled with exciting conversations, customer interactions, and the opportunity to develop key business skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with potential customers in face-to-face campaigns across Sheffield
  • Provide detailed product or service information to support customer enquiries
  • Build strong relationships and promote brand awareness
  • Attend training workshops and participate in skill development sessions
  • Meet individual and team KPIs and performance targets
  • Develop your understanding of customer psychology, product knowledge, and essential sales strategies
  • Progress into leadership roles through exposure to public speaking, campaign development, and team management
