Our Count Me In (CMI) service is a bespoke one-to-one support program tailored to each individual’s needs. They work closely with their members, promoting choice, independence, and personal development through tailored support and meaningful activities.
The Role
As a CMI Support Worker, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting individuals with mild to complex needs, enabling them to achieve their personal goals and live fulfilling lives. You’ll work flexibly across home and community settings, providing compassionate, person-centered support.
