Compliance Administrator
Leeds City Centre

  • 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday (8:30 – 5pm, with a 4pm finish on Fridays)
  • Permanent position
  • £24,000 - £30,000 per annum

The Role

This varied role blends traditional office admin with more specialised accounting tasks. You'll work closely with the Office Manager to keep the business running smoothly, whether that’s answering phones or updating client records

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain client records with Companies House
  • Manage changes to PSCs (Persons with Significant Control), shareholders, and directors
  • Assist with ID checks, statutory documentation and filing
  • Draft and send client letters and correspondence
  • Answer incoming calls and direct enquiries professionally
  • Support the Office Manager with day-to-day admin tasks
  • Organise and file digital and physical records
  • Carry out occasional errands such as bank runs
  • Monitor and meet compliance deadlines
  • Assist clients in completing documentation and gathering details

The Ideal Candidate:

You’ll be a well-rounded administrator with great attention to detail and a calm, professional approach. A background in accounts or working with company records is a real bonus. About you:

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Experience with or understanding of compliance/accounting admin
  • Familiarity with Companies House, PSCs, or corporate records is beneficial
  • Comfortable using email, Word, Excel, and internal systems
  • Friendly and professional telephone manner
  • Trustworthy, reliable and self-motivated
  • Enjoys variety, structure, and working in a supportive team
