Customer Care Representative
Bath, BA2 3DP (Hybrid working: 3 days office, 2 days remote)

  • Full time, Monday – Saturday (Saturdays on a rota with day off in lieu)
  • Maternity cover - 10 months FTC
  • £25,000 to £28,000 per annum DOE + Commission

The Role

As a Customer Care Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, delivering excellent service and resolving queries across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer queries via email, social media, chat, and phone.
  • Resolving issues promptly and aiming for first-contact resolution.
  • Managing complaints efficiently and effectively.
  • Booking installations and guiding customers through the process.
  • Renewing contracts and keeping customers informed.
  • Problem-solving and improving processes within the team.
  • Sharing knowledge with colleagues and updating systems.

We’re looking for a proactive, empathetic, and customer-focused individual with a can-do attitude and excellent communication skills. About you:

  • Experience in a high-volume B2C customer service center.
  • Proven ability to resolve complaints effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, G-Suite, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent listening skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Empathetic, flexible, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Strong time management and initiative for professional growth.
