About the role: As a Customer Relationship Executive you’ll drive new business development, nurture long-term client partnerships and expand our portfolio of IT cloud, managed services and cyber-security solutions across every sector.
 

Key responsibilities:

  • Proactively generate and qualify your own leads within a defined territory
  • Follow up marketing-generated leads to build a healthy sales pipeline
  • Produce accurate quotations, bids and tender responses
  • Own the end-to-end delivery process of products and services to clients
  • Upsell and cross-sell to maximise account value and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain up-to-date CRM records and provide clear MI to management
  • Keep abreast of Concorde’s service catalogue, ISO 9001 & 27001 processes and wider IT market trends

The ideal candidate: You’re an ambitious self-starter with a passion for technology and a winning sales mindset.

  • Instinctive sales acumen and entrepreneurial flair
  • Proven relationship-building and presentation skills
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Understanding of the UK IT market and cloud-services landscape
  • Positive, goal-orientated attitude with a desire to learn and grow
