We at OSCA Technology Ltd are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our highly skilled team in Nottingham.

You'll be the primary point of contact for our valued customers. Your role will involve handling inquiries efficiently and providing exceptional service.

  • 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday
  • Hours may be varied and extended according to the business requirements
  • Starting salary from £22,800 per annum

Key Responsibilities for the Customer Service Advisor:

  • Handle incoming product & service requests with care and efficiency.
  • Familiarise yourself with our bespoke IT platform and internal processes.
  • Maintain high productivity levels and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Adapt to various roles within the team as needed.
  • Identify and seize commercial opportunities.
  • Promote innovative solutions and best practices.
  • Maintain proactive communication within the group.
  • Commit to self-development and training to achieve personal and company goals.
  • Ensure quality work in line with company and customer standards.
  • Work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Exhibit knowledge of vehicle manufacturers and models.
