Bath, BA2 3DP - Hybrid working option

The Role

You will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting with inquiries and resolving issues through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via email, social media, chat, and phone in a timely, professional manner
  • Take ownership of product information, order updates, and complaints, aiming for first-contact resolution
  • Improve customer satisfaction by managing queries through to resolution
  • Book installations, outline processes, and answer customer questions
  • Renew contracts, keeping customers fully informed of actions taken
  • Contribute to process improvements within the team and the wider business
  • Share information with colleagues and update knowledge management systems

Shift pattern: Monday – Saturday (Saturdays are worked on a rota basis with a day off in lieu)

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for someone with excellent communication and listening skills you will have:

  • Proven experience in high-volume B2C customer service with a strong ability to resolve complaints efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, G-Suite, and Google Analytics.
  • Clear communicator skilled in simplifying complex topics; confident in verbal and written communication.
  • Excellent listening skills to identify customer needs; empathetic towards diverse demographics.
  • Flexible, deadline-oriented, eager to learn, and possesses strong time management skills with a positive, can-do attitude.
