Customer Service Advisor
Nottingham, NG15 0EB

  • Full time, permanent (Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week)
  • £26,000 per annum

The Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and professional Customer Service Advisor to join our fast-paced team in Nottingham. In this customer-facing role, you’ll be the first point of contact for all product and service enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Resolve product or service issues using problem-solving skills
  • Provide knowledgeable support across a range of automotive locksmith products
  • Work with internal systems to ensure service standards are met
  • Represent the business at trade shows
  • Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures
  • Stay updated through training and self-development
  • Spot and maximise any commercial opportunities during customer interactions
