About the Role

As a Customer Service Assistant, you’ll play a key role in engaging with customers, representing high-profile brands, and supporting live promotional campaigns. Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent major UK brands through face-to-face promotions and customer engagement
  • Provide tailored product and service information to customers
  • Support and manage client campaigns to ensure their success
