We have an exciting field-based opportunity for a Customer Support Technician to join the team at Sun Chemical, the world’s largest producer of printing inks and pigments.

Rochdale, OL16 4LE – Field Based – you can be based anywhere in England

The Role

Thanks to our innovative products and great team – we are proud that the business is continuing to grow, we now have an opportunity for a Customer Support Technician to join our professional Technical team providing product-based assistance and cover at our customer sites.

Full training will be provided to the successful candidate. This role involves regular travel and working away from home.

Qualifications / Experience Critical for the Job Holder

  • Experience, either as an In-Plant, a skilled printer or within the technical department of an ink / coatings company
  • Basic Secondary education
