The Role

Thanks to our innovative products and great team – the business is continuing to grow, we now have an opportunity for 2 Customer Support Technicians to join our professional technical field-based team, full training provided to the successful candidate. This role involves regular travel and working away from home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers
  • Manage the transition of new business
  • Ensure product compliance and safety
  • Cover for in-plant holidays
  • Conduct laboratory work and complete detailed reports

Qualifications / Experience:

  • Basic secondary education
  • Excellent colour vision and able to consistently supply correct shade inks to press to an agreed specification
