Our client is a respected care provider in North London supporting adults with autism, learning disabilities, and mental health needs. Their mission is to foster creativity, confidence, and connection through inclusive programmes tailored to each individual.

The Role

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Dance Teacher to lead a vibrant weekly group dance session at their residential premises. The session will support up to 12 adults and aims to promote self-expression, social interaction, and physical wellbeing through movement and music.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an enjoyable, accessible weekly 1-hour dance session
  • Create and adapt choreography to suit varying mobility and ability levels
  • Cultivate a supportive, fun group atmosphere
  • Encourage personal expression and participation
  • Ensure participant safety and wellbeing throughout the session
  • Liaise with on-site support staff to tailor sessions effectively
