The Role

As a Class 2 Delivery Driver, you’ll be the face of the company, ensuring the timely and safe delivery of products to our valued customers. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining our reputation for excellence in service, working independently but with the support of a close-knit team behind you.

Key Responsibilities:

Vehicle preparation & safety checks – Conduct daily vehicle checks, ensuring all products for delivery are correct and safely loaded.
Documentation & payments – Complete manifests, delivery notes, and collect payments.
Safe stock delivery – Deliver all stock using any necessary equipment provided and to the customer’s standards.
Returns management – Return all empty kegs and gas bottles, ensuring they are correctly stored in the empties yard and unloaded in the correct manner.
Health & safety compliance – Ensure that correct health and safety procedures are adhered to at all times.
Warehouse support – Assist with picking stock in the warehouse when required.
Professional appearance – Always look presentable in the correct Beer Trading uniform.

Valid and appropriate driving licence
Strong understanding of safe driving and vehicle maintenance

Comfortable with physical work and manual handling
Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential
