Delivery Driver
Accrington, BB5

Full Time/Part Time, Permanent
Monday to Friday, hours vary between 6am to 8pm (required 30 to 60 Hours per week)
£20,000 - £30,000 per annum
30 days holiday, including bank holidays
Clean Driving Licence and must be aged 25 or over for Insurance requirements

Over the years, they have continuously invested in the design, development and redesign of a new generation of canopies with the ability to re-create classic styles and traditional appearances using modern lightweight materials.

Due to continued growth, there is now a vacancy for a Delivery Driver to join their professional team, based in Accrington, Lancashire.

Key Responsibilities:

Required to load & unload delivery, so must be physically able to do so
Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate with staff & customers
Able to conduct vehicle inspections and maintain records
Confident driver to deliver products throughout England
Able to stop overnight in a hotel at least 1 night per week

The Ideal Candidate:

Confident driver and able to drive a Luton Van 3.5 Tonne
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
Ability to manage time effectively
A confident communicator
Experience in Driving 3.5 Tonne Vans advantageous
Road & map knowledge is essential
Reliable & punctual
Live local to Accrington, Lancashire for pickup and drop of vehicle
Able to work alone & as part of a team
Flexible to work 30 to 60 hours per week
Must be able to provide reference for previous employers
