The school provides personalised support for up to 25 mainstream students, ensuring individual growth and development. About the Role:

As the Deputy Headteacher, you'll play a pivotal role in the school's leadership team, working closely with the Headteacher to drive excellence across all aspects of school life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate school vision, policies, and objectives
  • Cultivate positive school culture and uphold educational standards
  • Drive high-quality teaching and curriculum development
  • Support special educational needs and ensure inclusion
  • Manage school operations and drive improvement strategies
  • Facilitate staff professional development and partnerships

Note: The deputy headteacher will also be expected to fulfil the professional responsibilities of a headteacher.
