The Role

As an Early Years Educator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting children’s learning and development, ensuring they receive the highest standard of physical, emotional, social, and intellectual care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a high standard of care and education for children
  • Build strong partnerships with parents to support children’s progress
  • Act as a keyworker, tracking and recording children’s development
  • Plan and implement activities that cater to each child’s individual needs
  • Ensure the wellbeing, safety, and happiness of children in your care
  • Administer first aid and manage allergies/medications as needed
  • Maintain a high-quality, safe, and engaging learning environment
  • Ensure full compliance with EYFS, safeguarding, and health and safety regulations
  • Promote positive behaviour reinforcement and model effective behaviour strategies

The Ideal Candidate:

You will be passionate about childcare, with a caring and nurturing personality.

About you:

  • Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS and other relevant guidelines
  • Experience working with babies and young children
  • Excellent communication and team-working skills
  • Compassionate, patient, and able to form strong bonds with children and parents
  • Knowledge of safeguarding practices and first aid
