Fabricator / Welder (Stainless Steel)
Small Heath, Birmingham B10

• Full Time, Permanent
• From £17.00/hr DOE  
• Day Shift: Monday to Thursday 7:00am - 4:00pm, Friday 7:00am - 12:00pm

Brookeson is an established engineering company based in Small Heath, fabricating stainless steel equipment for the food and pharmaceutical sectors. We are looking for an experienced Fabricator/Welder to join our busy fabrication shop.

Responsibilities:

• Work on sheet metal fabrications
• Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions
• Perform tack welding using Tig welder
• Utilize Mig, Mag, and Tig welding techniques
• Engage in structural fabricating and Mig welding
• Maintain high accuracy in work

About You:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience with sheet metal
• Skilled in Mig and Tig welding/tacking, particularly with stainless steel
• Ability to work under minimal supervision in a busy environment
• Must have all-round fabrication skills
• Preferably reside within a 15-mile radius of Birmingham
