Our client is a leading technical production partner and supplier for live events. From intimate gatherings to large-scale productions, they bring visions to life with creativity, precision, and technical expertise.

As part of their ongoing expansion, they’re excited to welcome a Facilities Manager to join the team!

The Role

You’ll manage maintenance, health and safety compliance, energy efficiency, and contractor coordination to ensure the spaces are in top shape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the design and implementation of their new warehouse facility (100,000 sq ft)
  • Support strategic plans to optimise facility operations, services, and cost-efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and environmental standards
  • Implement energy efficiency initiatives and sustainable practices
  • Oversee maintenance activities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems
  • Manage external contractors to ensure work quality and safety
  • Maintain company vehicles
  • Collaborate with the Operations Team on daily operations and forward planning
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as needed to support business needs

These will be available after successful completion of probation period.

About you:

  • Proven experience in facilities management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making under pressure
  • Highly organised, able to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Strategic thinker, able to foresee potential issues and provide solutions
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency with MS Office
  • Adaptable and flexible, able to thrive in a dynamic environment
