We are a supportive and welcoming team and are now looking for a Coffee Machine Field Service Engineer to join us.
Key responsibilities:
You will report to our workshop in West Molesey, but the role is primarily field-based, visiting client sites across London and the Southeast.
Every third weekend, you will be on call. The average callout rate is around one callout per weekend. Following your on-call weekend, you will receive Monday and Tuesday off with full pay, regardless of whether you are called out.
Your duties will include:
Installation and setup of espresso machines and grinders.
Planned servicing of espresso machines and grinders.
Reactive repairs of espresso machines and grinders.
Carrying out pressure system examinations.
Demonstrating equipment to customers.
Supporting customers with calibration and setup of equipment.
Refurbishing and testing espresso machines in the workshop.
Skills and experience:
We are looking for someone with experience in coffee machine maintenance or a background as a field service engineer.
You should also have:
A structured and methodical approach to problem-solving.
The ability to remain calm under pressure while diagnosing technical issues.
A friendly and professional manner with strong customer service skills.
Good communication skills.
Self-motivation and a proactive, can-do attitude.
