Finance Administrator
Covent Garden, WC2H 0AP

  • Part time, 2 days per week (flexible)
  • Permanent position
  • £16 - £22 per hour

Our client is an established leading company with a diverse portfolio of services, including, property management, property maintenance, and the tech industry, covering the entire London area, operating nationally, and starting up in the UAE.

The Role

As a Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for processing invoices, managing agency bills, analysing data, and assisting with procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage invoices and invoice reports
  • Track stock management and financial documentation
  • Analyse financial data and provide detailed reports
  • Manage agency bills and procurement processes
  • Support general administrative tasks for the finance team

The Ideal Candidate:
You are highly organised, numerically driven, and have a background in finance, accounting, or administrative roles. Experience in stocks, handling AI tech-related invoicing, and working with data is highly desirable.

  • Proven experience in invoicing and financial reporting
  • Strong grasp of data analysis and numbers
  • Familiarity with stock management and procurement
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Experience with financial documentation and administrative support
