The Role

As a Fire Alarm Service Engineer, you'll play a key role in maintaining and servicing life safety systems. This is a local role, meaning you'll work within Coventry and the surrounding area, providing outstanding service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Servicing and maintenance of addressable and conventional fire detection, nurse call, emergency lighting, and associated life safety systems.
Preventive and reactive maintenance visits to customer’s premises in Coventry and the surrounding area.
Working to British Standards and ensuring our customers receive the excellent service that they deserve.
Support out of hours commitments with the on-call rota.

The Ideal Candidate:

We’re looking for a motivated and skilled engineer who takes pride in their work and enjoys providing exceptional service. About you:

Previous experience maintaining life & property protection systems.
Ability to provide resolute support to the Service Delivery Team and Fixfire® customers.
Be self-motivated and carrying out your duties with skill and efficiency.
Have great customer facing awareness.
Have excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
A full UK driving licence.
Experience with Door Access Control, Intruder Alarms & CCTV systems would be advantageous but not a necessity.

This position requires a full CRB check/enhanced security screening.
