Foreperson - Flame Laminating Machine

Bacup, Lancashire (OL13 9RZ)

Full-time

£130 - £170 per day (based on output and experience)

Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm.

Piece-rate role with earnings based on output rather than hours worked.

This is a hands-on role where you will learn all aspects of running the flame laminating machine.

Working alongside experienced colleagues, you will gain knowledge of the production process and support a range of factory operations.

Key responsibilities

Learn all aspects of operating the flame laminating machine.
Assist with the day-to-day running of the laminating process.
Support production activities as required.
Handle materials safely and efficiently.

Skills and experience

Experience working with similar machinery.
Mechanically minded.
Mature attitude.
Quick to learn.
Intelligent and willing to develop new skills.
Minimum height restrictions due to operating machinery is 5ft 9inches / 179cm
Must be clean-shaven (health and safety equipment requirement )
Able to undertake some heavy lifting (up to 60-70kg aided).
