The Role

We’re looking for a driven Trainee Sales Executive to join our commercial team. This is your gateway into a rewarding SaaS sales career in healthcare technology. With mentorship from seasoned sales leaders and a clear path to promotion, you’ll grow your skills while growing our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and book product demos with NHS stakeholders—GP Practice Managers, PCN leads, and ICB decision-makers
  • Manage outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn, with regular A/B testing to optimise success
  • Maintain a healthy, high-quality sales pipeline for Account Executives
  • Progress into an Account Executive role within 12–18 months based on performance

The Ideal Candidate

You’re a persuasive storyteller who’s excited by tech and unphased by rejection. Whether chatting with clinicians or presenting to C-suite execs, you know how to hold attention and drive interest.

  • 2024/25 graduate or up to 1 year of B2B sales experience
  • High-energy, target-driven, and motivated by results
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Comfortable speaking with senior NHS professionals and curious about AI in healthcare
