• Full time, permanent or self employed
• £15 - £22 per hour, dependent on experience

The Role

We need Groundworkers to join our team on a range of projects. No two days are the same - you’ll be part of a company that values skill, safety, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Road construction & drainage
• Excavate & concrete foundations
• Install private drainage
• Concreting, kerbing & paving
• External works & general site maintenance
• Keep the site tidy & safe
• Work closely with supervisors & site management

Employed Benefits:

• Follows safe working practices, method statements & risk assessments
• Attends all site briefings, forums, and toolbox talks
