Avansys LLP and Tradelink International Group Ltd are respected and established brands enjoying significant year on year growth supplying essential products and services.

This is an exciting opportunity for a full-time, experienced Group Marketing Manager to drive marketing activities across both entities. With offices in other locations, this role will be based at the new company HQ in Coalville.

Avansys LLP is the brand owner of Fixfire®, Electrospa and Leading Edge Products and serves an established customer base operating across a diverse range of industries and environments. Avansys LLP Fixfire delivers Life and Property Protection products and services and Electrospa manufactures specialist electronic assemblies on a sub-contract basis. Leading Edge Products is a new brand which will supply patented/unique products manufactured by Electrospa to trade Fire Protection companies.

The TradeLink International Group Ltd, trading as The BakeRite Company, is an established importer and distributor of ingredients for ‘healthy-eating’ for the specialist bakery market. Bakerite supplies food manufacturers and bakeries including many household names.


The role:

Your initial focus will be in Avansys LLP, with Tradelink International Group Ltd sharing more of your time as you develop in the role. You will be responsible for proposing, managing and executing marketing campaigns, maximising sales, identifying and championing all opportunities for growth. You will develop and maintain a marketing strategy to elevate current levels of brand awareness for Avansys LLP and the Tradelink International Group Ltd, creating demand in the market which will result in increasing sales opportunities.

You will deliver accurate, up to date and relevant competitor analysis and market research. Highlighting trends and following trade and industry publications to identify opportunities for innovation and market disruption. As a positive, reliable team player you will communicate marketing strategies, upcoming industry changes, customer feedback and resources internally throughout the companies, developing the knowledge of all team members to uphold brand values.

Across all brands you will use your digital marketing experience to develop, implement and manage a digital marketing strategy including company websites, social media platforms. You will monitor our reputation and increase online prominence.

With excellent communication skills you will develop, implement and maintain marketing content. Your business experience will support you to analyse sales levels and develop strategies for future areas for sales, spotting trends in the marketplace and identifying potential customers.

Key marketing goals and strategy will be directed and approved by senior executives from both businesses and it is expected that additional members will join the team under your management as the department evolves.

Required skills:

• Marketing, public relations, communications or business degree or a professional qualification in marketing (e.g., Chartered Institute of Marketing).

• At least 3+ years’ solid experience in the marketing field (preferably B2B) including press release writing,

copywriting of communication materials, promotional campaigns, social media, website and event organisation.

• Excellent communication skills, both written & spoken with a clear understanding of the English language.

• Pro-active, dynamic mind, can-do attitude, result-oriented, strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail and

able to handle tasks within a tight timeframe.

• Tolerance, perseverance, tenacity and the ability to be assertive, proactive and positive when conducting market

research and interacting with clients and prospects.

• Knowledge of CRM platforms such as HubSpot and SalesForce coupled with a knowledge of email marketing

platforms.

• Experience working with Microsoft Office products and editing tools such as Photo Shop and Canva.
